His Eminence Joseph Cardinal Zen Ze-kiun, Bishop Emeritus of Hong Kong, will celebrate a Pontifical Votive Mass of the Blessed Sacrament in the Extraordinary Form, as part of the 51st International Eucharistic Congress.
