Regularly Scheduled Dominican Rite Mass in Rome

I have received word, and am pleased to announce, that beginning March 8 Dominican Rite Low Mass will be celebrated for the public at 9:30 a.m. every Saturday at the priory of San Clemente, Via di San Giovanni in Laterano, 00184 Roma, Italy.  The priory of San Clemente is under the care of the friars of the Irish Province, but friars of other provinces as well will be assisting with the Masses.  For more information on this Mass, click here.

This is very good news, indeed, as, unless I am wrong, this the first regularly scheduled WEEKLY Dominican Rite Mass to be celebrated outside of those celebrated in the Western Dominican Province.  As those who frequent this site know, I have posted notice of the occasional Masses in our Rite celebrated in the English and Eastern Provinces.  I expect that there will soon be other regularly scheduled Masses.  If any friars know of such, please let me know and I will publicize them.  The regularly scheduled Masses on the West Coast of the United States may be found here.
