St. Albert the Great Priory, Oakland
High Altar of the Priory Chapel
This posting is especially for those readers in the San Francisco Bay Area.  This coming Saturday, February 1, 2014, at 10 a.m. the monthly First Saturday Devotion Dominican Rite Votive Mass of the Immaculate Heart of Mary will resume for the Spring semester.

These Missae Cantatae are celebrated by priests of the Western Dominican Province; student brothers of the province will chant the Propers and Ordinary in Dominican Chant and serve the Mass.  Confessions will be heard from 9:30 to 9:50 a.m., and the Marian Rosary will be recited immediately following the Mass.

The Mass will be at Saint Albert the Great Priory, Oakland CA. The chapel entrance is at 6172 Chabot Road, Oakland CA 94618, and there is ample parking in the old tennis court off the driveway.  The priory is also three blocks from the Rockridge BART Station.

Information on other Dominican Rite Masses in the Bay Area, including future First Saturday Masses and Dominican Rite Masses elsewhere in the Western Dominican Province, may be found here.
